During Sunday night’sGrammy awards,Katy Perry,Kacey Musgraves,Maren MorrisandLittle Big Townall took the stage to honor the country superstar, 73, in a tribute performance.

To make things even more special, Parton’s goddaughterMiley Cyrusalso joined the group to pay tribute to the eight-time Grammy winner.Cyruspreviously performed a duetof “Islands in the Stream” withShawn Mendesat Friday’s MusiCares gala.

Musgraves, 30, and Perry, 34, kicked off the tribute with Parton’s hit “Here You Come Again.”

Moments into the song, Parton herself took the stage to join Musgraves and Perry, standing out between the two scarlet-clad singers in her sheer, spangled white dress.

Next up, Cyrus, 26, performed her well-known cover of Parton’s smash “Jolene.” As she made her grand entrance, dressed in a gold suit, her proud dad Billy Ray Cyrus and sister Noah cheered on from their seats.

Cyrus and Parton took turns singing the iconic lyrics and encouraged the audience to sing along.

“Give it up for Dolly,” Cyrus yelled out.

Morris, 28, appeared next onstage, joining Cyrus and Parton to sing “After the Gold Rush.”

Parton then performed “Red Shoes Girl” with Little Big Town, a new song from the motion picture soundtrack to Netflix’sDumplin‘, which tells the story of a small-town girl who turns to Parton’s music for inspiration.

“Thank you, thank you everybody,” Parton said as the performance concluded.

The performance is the first time Parton has performed on the Grammy stage since 2001.

The announcement came just one day afterMusiCares, the Recording Academy’s charity, revealed Parton was named the recipient of its annual person of the year prize. This past Friday, the singerreceived the award at the annual galafor her considerable creative accomplishments and her longtime support of a number of causes through herDollywood Foundation.

In addition, to commemorate Parton’s person of the year prize ahead of the Grammys, Apple Music teamed up with the country icon to curate a“What Would Dolly Do?” playliston the streaming platform.

“What Would Dolly Do?” includes cuts from a slew of Music City mainstays (Shania Twain, The Dixie Chicks, Carrie Underwood, Reba McEntire) and acclaimed newcomers (Musgraves, Morris,Kelsea Ballerini), as well as some of Parton’s genre-crossing collaborators like Sia, Elle King and Macy Gray. And even her goddaughter made the cut!
