PEOPLE can exclusively unveil the network’s 28th home, which is located on Anastasia Island in the Sunshine State. Interior designerBrian Patrick Flynnonce again crafted the spectacular space and is revealing all of his design secrets behind this newly-built abode in the video above.

“I’ve taken inspiration from beach houses all over the world to give this house a one-of-a-kind, laid back Floridian look,” Flynn says of the home’s design during a tour of the space.

“I wanted to make the home feel like its own breezy paradise with calming colors and an ample amount of natural light that the winner would dream about coming home to,” he adds.

The star of the great room is the unique fireplace made out of coquina — a type of stone composed of “ground-up seashells found on the beaches here in the St. Augustine area, along with oyster shells,” the designer explains. The mantle above contrasts the fireplace’s coarse texture with a smooth, driftwood finish.

The room also offers easy indoor/outdoor living as it opens directly out to the elevated, screened-in porch via large sliding glass doors, making the room feel “double the size,” he says. The extensive deck offers multiple seating and dining areas to entertain guests.

The dining area “feels a little more coastal cottage-like” because of the white table and textured chairs and light fixtures, Flynn explains. Meanwhile, the eat-in kitchen offers vaulted ceilings equipped with three skylights and shades designed to block out the intense summer sun.

A pop of what he calls “Floridian coral” is introduced in the pantry across the kitchen that includes marble countertops and plenty of storage space.

The space is also equipped with a walk-in closet and a spa-like bathroom with a steam shower, soaking tub and skylights.

Upstairs, there are additional bedrooms, a bathroom and a “loft lounge” with a wet bar and breathtaking views. “This is the longest range view of the house where you can see way out into the mangroves,” Flynn notes.

The outdoor areas are equally as impressive, especially the kitchen equipped with a showstopping fire table. Next to the kitchen, there’s also an additional fire pit area and a pool.
