This is not the first clock time orcas have rammed into sauceboat along the Spanish and Portuguese coasts . In late weeks , two boatshave had encounters with orcas in the area . One of them was a Spanish navy sailing boat , the Mirfak . Although the crew tried to avoid the Orcinus orca , the animals still make do to do serious damage to the sauceboat ’s wooden rudder , accord to theFaro de Vigonewspaper .
Researchers contend that the behaviour is strange , but that it should n’t be alarming . Alfredo López , a life scientist with the non-profit-making Coordinator for the Study of Marine Mammals , told the Faro de Vigo that the organization believes these incidents could be the study of two singular orcas that could be “ playact alone ” or “ part of a group . ”

López believes that this could be a case of young orcas that are currently going through a scholarship and curious phase , but read there were n’t enough images to confirm it yet .
even so , he does think it ’s authoritative to point out that citizenry should n’t be afraid given that the orcas “ do not jump on the deck to attack people . ”
“ citizenry can go about their normal life , ” he said . “ There is no evidence in the integral world of a premeditated attack on a someone or injuries or anything like that . ”
