The singer was married to Duhamel from 2009 to 2019 and shares sonAxl, 10, with the actor. The couple jointlyannounced their splitin a September 2017 statement, and Fergie laterfiled for divorcein May 2019.
“We are and will always be united in our support of each other and our family,” they added.

Ahead of his wedding, a source told PEOPLE that theShotgun Weddingstar “wants more kids and always has so they probably will have kids sooner than later.”
“He’s not shy about it, but he’s felt this way since Axl was very young,” the source added. “He loves being a father.”
A source close to Mari also told PEOPLE last year that she would"love to have kids with Josh"and was “getting to know” his son.
“Josh spends a lot of time with his son,” the source said at the time, adding that he is “very protective of Axl” and it “took a while before Audra met him.”
