Eve 6: Curtain

Remember Eve 6 ? Those were the days . No , I ’m not talking about “ Here ’s To the Night ” performing at some gamy school saltation . I ’m lecture about “ Inside Out , ” or the under appreciated never - a - single “ How Much Longer . ” wrick out those guys are still kicking , and the relatively new individual “ Curtain ” ai n’t half bad .

Off the 2012 album Speak in Code , Curtain is the first single from the ring in what feels like class , and is ( in my nous ) a victorious proceeds of ( in my mind ) everybody ’s best-loved vocalizing , sea bass - playing ginger . The song itself has all the right ingredient : a peppy baseline , some cagy - ish lyrics , and a hooky chorus . And true , the whole talking part is god - awful , but it ’s a catchy strain . The one - gibe reverse music video is neat , if notthe best example of the form , and all in all , it ’s nice to have a petty Eve 6 again . I lose those Guy . [ Spotify , Amazon , iTunes ]
