Gwen Stacey is middling iconic — you state you went through and did some inquiry on her and her story . This love story felt unlike it felt young , it feel cockamamy , it felt sweet ? How did you decide to secern this making love story between Gwen Stacy and Peter Parker ?
In past movies I ’ve done , there has n’t been a sexual love like this . In Superbad with Seth , it ’s kind of a totally dissimilar thing — “ Oh , he ’s precious . ” And in Easy A it ’s Woodchuck Todd who is cute , but they ’re focused on their own stories . This kind of sweep me off my feet because she is in truth in love with him . I think the coming was , I want again to experience that feeling of first love , before you know what it ’s like to get your heart completely shatter . That animation or death passion , where you say , “ I bed what beloved is ! ” But in this circumstance , it really is life-time or end . I wanted to feel that again . I desire to unlearn . Go from the very beginning of , “ Oh my God , there ’s an attraction to another human being , in a way I ’ve never felt that way before what is this ? ” It was a matter of unlearning , and letting yourself be 17 in these minute .
