It ’s “ Professional Disc for DATA , ” one of Sony ’s effort at hire a piece of the next generation optical medium securities industry . This Buffalo drive is n’t the first PDfD parkway ( Sony launch one we reported a few months back ) , and it will still set you back about 390,000 hankering ( ~$3,500 ) , but where else can you find a PC and Mac way to compose 23.3 GB in 43 minutes ? That ’s name Buffalo ? Ah hah !
