Last week , BGR posted aSteve Jobs e-mail exchangein which the CEO told an irate iPhone user to “ tranquillize down . ” Apple say the messages were bogus , but BGR is stand up by his story , offering the email heading as proof .

The exchange was an strange one to begin with — Jobs has been brief in the other email we ’ve seen , but it study a small otherwise in response to this particular customer , incensed by issue with the iPhone 4 antenna . briefly after they were post , aFortune storycited a “ top Apple spokesperson ” who “ emphatically ” deny that Steve Jobs wrote any of the electronic mail .

But in anew post , Boy Genius Report claim that the messages did indeed amount from Steve Jobs ’ personal account , whether the chief executive officer wrote them or not ( except for the erroneously attributed “ Retire , unwind , enjoy your kinsperson . It is just a phone . Not deserving it , ” which was written by the angry iPhone bozo ) . BGR posted the full email header as proof .
BGR is a reliable seed with a right data track record , and we believe that the coping are , as he says , undoctered . But it ’s also backbreaking to believe that Apple would lie about Jobs writing the e-mail , or that they ’d intimate that even if they did come from his personal score , they were n’t written by Jobs himself . Then again , Apple ’s PR squad was n’t exactly truthful about the chief operating officer ’s health shape when that was first report , either .
It seems unlikely that Apple will respond to BGR ’s claim , and I guess we ’ll be left to resolve for ourselves where exactly the e-mail came from . check off out the headers below and let us have it off what you call back . [ BGR ]

Update : A reader write :
I just looked at the email header BGR published in reenforcement of their
claim of authenticity in esteem to the leak Jobs emails . For what

it ’s deserving , I used to work for Apple a few year back , and I recognize
one of the mail send on servers in the header from an email I was
once cc’d on .

My job office had it that I was occasionally cc’d on duds that Steve
had been on before . So I can reassert for sure that the server names in
the heading are legit . Whether they are copypasta from premature ,

authentic leaks is , again , up to anyone ’s imagery
