Bella Thorneloves jewelry so much, she’ll wear hers 24/7.

“My jewelry is just an additive of who I am. So I work out in it, I sleep in it and I shower in it. I just never take it off,” the former Disney star tells PEOPLE exclusively at a preview event for her jewelry brandTHORNE, which she debuted in 2022.

She also loves to cuddle up to her fiancé,Mark Emms— but not without her favorite accessories on.

So, when theDivinitystar, 26, set out to create THORNE’s holiday collection (including the brand’s bestsellers), she prioritized making intricate designs that didn’t scratch or dig into the skin — and she says Emms, a film producer, is “100 percent” happy about that.

She explained that since she and Emms are “big cuddle bugs” in bed, it was important to make her rings, earrings, bracelets and necklaces snuggle-safe (even if some of the pieces have dagger charms).

And when asked if Emms helped test the products, Thorne says “he was throughout the whole testing process.”

Earlier this month, at THORNE’s preview, the “Walk with Me” singer also opened up to PEOPLE about their romance, which she says has “heightened” since the engagement.

“Every day we kind of draw closer,” she says. “It’s really like, ‘Oh wow, we’re really, you’re my partner.’ Let’s do this together,” she says. “So that kind of becomes more real every day and kind of solidifies our partnership more and more every day.”

The couple is “definitely very much past” the honeymoon phase of their relationship, but they are still growing together.

“[We’re] still really learning each other’s traits, and trying to get them right before we get married so that we’re not figuring out all that stuff on the table,” she says. “I think me and Mark are really in our language of now, talking it out now, so we can just do it or get through it or decide how we want to feel about it.”

“Or if we need to see a therapist over that one specific topic, then we do it,” she adds.
